BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who establish the policies of the agency and monitor compliance with them. The board approves and monitors the performance of service programs in the completion of Goodwill’s mission. They hire the Chief Executive Officer and approve major contractual and real estate obligations. Most importantly, the board represents Goodwill to the community and provides feedback from the community on service needs and priorities.
